Saturday night is the only PUBLIC dining night at The Australasian Dining Room.

Each month Chef Juliet Michell presents a fresh, Asian-inspired, 3 course set menu.

On nights other than Saturday nights, the dining room is PRIVATE – exclusive to houseguests.

Juliet Michell will cook for you even if you are the only house guests dining!
Juliet, Chef and Patissier, will take into consideration any dietary limitations and prepare an Asian-inspired entree, palate cleanser, main and small plated dessert. $89 p.p.

March Entree in the dining room: Tomato and orange soup with prawns and basil. Followed by a palate cleanser.
March Main in the dining room: Moroccan spiced chicken with wild rice, freekeh, roasted pumpkin and pepitas.
March Dessert: Chef Juliet’s dessert treat plate.
